Startup Business Plan.
This is a business plan for a fictional startup for providing Building Information Consultancy. The video attempts to provide a brief glimpse of a vision I have for a Tech startup called "BIM Smart Solutions".
I prepared this for an academic project. But beyond that, I also truly believe that the future of BIM in construction is great. And I've tried to show the possibilities of opening a tech startup in the construction industry and its Business strategy.
I have recorded the various 3D, 4D and 5D modeling videos and attached in this plan to showcase the power of BIM in Building industry.
